p‑rallel: Beatport Next Stories 2025
Originating from West London's vibrant musical landscape, p‑rallel is carving out a powerful niche in 2025's global club circuit. Born Gio, the British DJ/producer and member of the Beatport Next Class of 2025 fuses everything from garage and jungle to house, reggae, hip‑hop, soul, and amapiano into a high-energy, forward-facing sound.
Over the last decade, he's built his name from the ground up - becoming a key player in London's club circuit. His 2023 mixtape Movement turned heads with its viral flip of "It's a Lundun Thing," and the momentum hasn't slowed since. He's toured the UK, headlined a sold-out KOKO show with his Nevermind Recordings party and imprint, smashed sets at Glastonbury, Creamfields, and Outlook, and even held down his first Ibiza residency at Amnesia.
In 2025, he's showing the world exactly what he's made of. His slick and soul-drenched Can't Be Me EP dropped earlier this year, and he's already heating things up with the euphoric "Blessings" alongside Sam Deeley - the first taste of his upcoming SELECTA EP which is set to land towards the end of this summer. With new music, major gigs, and undeniable energy, p‑rallel is showing clubland what his West London style is all about, and the dance floor is loving every second of it.
