Tom & Collins brought their newly rebooted Terms & Conditions Records to life on October 10th at Monterrey’s iconic Explanada Museo Marco, delivering a full live set that showcased the label’s sophisticated evolution toward indie dance and contemporary Afro house.

This performance captured the energy and vision behind the label’s relaunch — a commitment to curating exceptional electronic music that bridges Latin cultural heritage with modern innovation. The show also coincided with the release of “Time To Party,” their collaboration with DvirNuns.

Supported by Hugel and Marten Lou, the Monterrey showcase marked the first of six international Terms & Conditions events scheduled through year’s end, spanning Mexico City to Los Angeles as part of the duo’s global expansion strategy.
