Curation Picks: Lloyd Stellar - Strobe Shadows

It’s always a pleasure to see new music from Lloyd Stellar on the horizon. The Dutch producer has appeared on a who’s who of modern electro labels, including Diffuse Reality, Brokntoys, 20/20 Vision, and his own excellent LDI Records, and with good reason - his productions embrace the classic feel of electro while keeping one laser eye on the future. Now he’s back on the ever-consistent Science Cult with his ‘Light of Day’ EP, and our pick from the release is "Strobe Shadows," a heads-down electro roller pairing throbbing pads with a frantic mechanised beat.
