Artists That Influenced Frox

OH2 Records starts the new year with a garage release from the talented British producer Frox. ‘Love Drunk’ is a catchy tune that combines sensual atmospheric vibes with a relaxed rhythm. Since the release of ‘Love Drunk’ - Frox has seen support on the single from artists such as Oliver Heldens, Blasterjaxx, Fedde Le Grand, Blonde and Loofy. OH2 Records reached out to him and asked him to mention five artists that have inspired him along the way to develop his own sound
Liam Howlett is a pure genius! Not only does he produce and make the music for The Prodigy, he also mixes and masters every track. For me the guy is a legend and the best producer in the world when it comes to electronic music, so I will always take inspiration from The Prodigy. Love their distorted sounds, melodies and the pure energy they have in their tracks. Let's hope Liam wants to co-produce a track with me one day, ha ha :)
I love this track, using strings like violins with DnB loops that have a classic 90's rave feel. I am always keeping an eye on him as I think his production is top notch and his tracks give me a lot of ideas that I can put into my production.
When I first heard this track, it gave me chills, it's such an amazing track. Love the future rave feel on the breakdown and the drop with the DnB loops, sub bass, strings and the vocals fit perfectly. I take a lot of inspiration from this track.
I remember first hearing this track on a car advert and falling in love with it. This track made me want to produce a different genre and gave me inspiration to come up with my own sound and make music I feel passionate about. It's a classic and truly deserved from Bicep.
