Playlist of the Week: KSHMR

KSHMR (Artist)
Feb 7, 2024
The prestigious LA-based DJ/producer KSHMR celebrates the arrival of his new “All Night” single with a selection of his favorite dance floor bombs for Beatport’s Playlist of the Week.
This chart features dance music that has been inspiring me over the past months as I’ve made my return to a darker and harder sound. Many of these can be found on my new Dharma Radio show, which airs bi-weekly across the globe and online. You’ll find some of my most recent releases that explore genres like techno and psy-trance, as well as some special records from my label Dharma Worldwide, which is home to ethnic and worldly dance music. Of course, I’ve also included tracks from other artists who have been inspiring me in the studio recently. Expect to hear a lot of these in my 2024 North American Club Tour – can’t wait to be back on the road starting this Friday (February 9th)!
Love & respect – KSHMR
KSHMR, gritney – All Night [Dhamra]
“All Night” is a track I’m so proud of, a collaboration with Hannah and Sarah (girtney) with whom I wrote “Tears On The Dancefloor.”
Destro, Din & Vic – Combinator [Dhamra]
“Combinator” is such a smooth track with a great melody, I love the way it grooves.
Matt Dybal, Sam Noton – Eternity [Revealed Radar]
“Eternity” has such wild energy. I look forward to playing this in my sets!
22Bullets – Remote Control [Dhamra]
“Remote Control” is another solid banger from 22Bullets. He’s been on fire recently.
Layton Giordani, Eli Brown, OFFAIAH – When I Push [Drumcode]
Eli Brown was a big inspiration for “All Night,” so it’s only right he be here too – this is another great track from him et al.
Vini Vici, Maddix, Shibui – Spiritum [NITRON Music]
To see some of my favorite producers – Vini Vici and Maddix – collaborating on one track is a real gem! Shibui is great on the vocal as well!
The MVI – Paranoid [Dhamra]
Big fan of The MVI and their mid-tempo style, it evokes a very special emotion.
Julian Jordan – Losing My Head [STMPD RCRDS]
“Losing My Head” by Julian Jordan sounds like it’s bursting out of your speakers, It’s an insane track.
Zana, Lyente, Sonny Wern, Quinten Circle – Dance For Me (1,2,3) [HMG]
I can’t get this track out of my head, very catchy and has a nice dark attitude.
Mairee – Ouaa [Dhamra]
I’m very fond of this track as it’s based on a KSHMR sample, and it works great live!
