Taken from the latest release on the ever-reliable UK label Scuffed Recordings, Justin Jay and Danny Goliger’s Sticky Rice sees the two Dirtybird veterans team up for a hard-hitting breaks workout. Pairing throbbing bass with slamming percussion and dreamy pads, this one is bound to astound!

Excellent track from Papa Nugs on his label with “Stop B,” a powerful breaks tune with a heavy beat, a groovy bassline, and screw vocals. Simple and efficient!

The long-time friends Guau and Destroyers join forces to create this dancefloor smasher titled “Under Pressure,” which features rumbling drums, catchy rave vocals, and deep bass. The result is a certified anthem that will work wonders on the dance floor.

What a remix from Pete Cannon of the original track “Searching For My Rizzla” on Dope Ammo! The acid arpeggios, the old school beat, bassline, and a surprising vocal sample from Susanne Vega (lifted from the track Tom’s Diner”) make this track one of my favorite songs this month.
