Playlist of the Week: Logic1000

I feel like this song is meant to be played full volume in a car. When we finished the track we played it in a hire car and it blew the top off. This song also gives me the feeling I’m in a power suit in the '80s, headphones on and feeling myself.

This song is beautiful. The guitar, the vocals and despite how minimal it is, there's so much depth in the personality of the song. I think the production feels nice free, and the guitar brings the deeper more poignant emotion.

I find Eartheater so fascinating and this song really draws you into her world. It feels like you're slowly being swept up in her Godly spirit. When I listen to it I have such beautiful imagery come to mind, so many beautiful colours and textures. This one is a melancholic tear jerker.

This whole album is hit after hit, but not in the classic sense. This side of Pleads production is up there with my favourite. It's low slung, sexy, melodic, dank and sultry. He has a way with melody and it feels so organic and true to him. 

This is the last track off Lavurn's new album and it's my favourite. I love a moment on an album where you can properly melt into the music. This song should soundtrack an iconic film scene. It's cool how it sits between being ambient and totally engrossing. 

Everything But The Girl are obviously so iconic. This track is steezy and groovy, a perfect tune to start your night out. I love to put this on when I want to feel motivated and a little flirty. This was on our album reference playlist!

This song embodies the essence of Kelela in every way. The yearning in her melodies have me crying and screaming in joy at the same time. That tension is something I adore in music and she nails it. When A.K. Paul jumps in, it's the most wonderful surprise. I swear there are moments where he sounds like Prince. I love the visual identity of this whole release too, it feels super cohesive and on point.

I have a huge crush on this band. There's so much rich personality in the music and a sassy-ness that gives you confidence just by listening to it. The vocals are kind of theatrical and perfectly dynamic. This is a fun one.

This song makes my heart yearn, in a similar way Pink Frost by The Chills does. I was a huge Flying Nun fan so it's really satisfying to hear music in 2026 that sounds influenced by that era. I think FAUZIA is supremely talented and I am so lucky to have her on my album too. 

This song is gorgeous. The glitchiness mixed with the smoother elements of the production give it a lot of personality. Poison Girl Friend's vocals are sublime over the top and soften it even more. I'm a fan.

This song feels like Moby and the Cocteau Twins had a psychedelic child. It's the perfect mix of euphoria and ecstasy. True feel good, uplifting music. I love it.
