100 Releases: SYREETA Selects the Essential HE.SHE.THEY. Cuts

Cameron Holbrook
HE.SHE.THEY. has always been more than a label catalogue. Since launching its imprint in 2020, the inclusive platform has turned its releases into another arm of its wider world: club nights, residents, fashion, film, digital art, and a stubborn belief that dance music should leave room for everyone inside it.
Now, the label hits its 100th official release with SYREETA and Lucas Alexander’s “Realise It,” a full-circle moment from two artists deeply tied to the HE.SHE.THEY. universe. It also arrives alongside the label’s debut VA, pulling together new tracks and catalogue cuts from across its extended family.
To mark the milestone, long-time resident SYREETA digs through six years of records and picks 10 essential HE.SHE.THEY. cuts. Some are personal firsts. Some are dance floor detonators. Others feel like chosen family pressed into wax. All of them carry the label’s pulse: bold, sweaty, open, and fully itself.
Speaking about the milestone and track collection, SYREETA said:
Reaching 100 releases is a huge milestone, and looking back through the HE.SHE.THEY. catalogue is a reminder of just how much this label has contributed to electronic music and club culture.
Being a resident for HE.SHE.THEY. is truly special. Beyond the music, it is about the community, the values, and the platform created for artists to express themselves authentically. It's important to celebrate spaces that continue to champion inclusivity, diversity and individuality both on and off the dance floor.
Here are some of the records that have inspired me, and represent the spirit of the label for me personally.
Lock in and listen to the full list of tracks below:

This record holds a special place in my heart. As it was my first ever release! Having it played by some of my favourite artists was an incredible feeling. It captures a side of my love for garage and chunky basslines, so for me this was an easy 1st pick.
Baby Weight always brings such a unique energy to the label, and this track perfectly embodies confidence, freedom and self-expression. It's bold, fun and unapologetically itself, which feels very HE.SHE.THEY. to me.
This track is pure attitude from start to finish. It's one of those records that instantly transforms the energy in a room and reminds you that music should be exciting, A true statement record.
I love Cakes Da Killa, I first dropped this in my Radio 1 mix for HE.SHE.THEY. He brings such a distinctive voice to everything he touches, and this perfectly reflects the diversity of the label. It's infectious, and packed with personality.
Elisa Elisa has a way of creating records that feel both nostalgic and fresh at the same time. This track has a groove that stays with you long after the music stops, a great track to have in your bag.
Lucas Alexander is one talented artist, and consistently delivers records with serious dancefloor impact, and this one is no exception. It's energetic, driving and built for those peak-time moments. When I drop this it goes off
There's something effortlessly uplifting about this track. It captures that feeling of connection and every time I hear it, it puts a smile on my face. It's one of my firm favourites from the label
Gina is always my go to when I'm playing, anything of hers that I drop gets a reaction. I love the sultry vocals on this. It's emotional without losing its dancefloor edge and shows how powerful music can be when it tells a story.
Rayzir is my guy, I've played with him many times, and I just love his energy both in and outside of music. This track brings all the feels, so, I'm really happy that he has this sexy release on HE.SHE.THEY whose values we both appreciate so much. A label that continues to evolve and push boundaries.
I couldn't finish this list without including ‘Realise It’, the label’s 100th release! We've already received amazing support for it. Working with Lucas Alexander on this record was an amazing experience. Having both released separately on the label, then coming together to collaborate feels really special, and it's everything I love about being part of HE.SHE.THEY family
