Playlist of the Week: Kander

Kander Beatport Playlist of the Week TELETECH

Kander

Apr 21, 2026
Fresh off his “Higher State” single, TELETECH's lead A&R and hard techno torchbearer Kander taps into the darker edges of bounce and schranz with a no-holds-barred selection for Beatport’s Playlist of the Week.

Ahead of the release of my new single Higher State on Teletech, I wanted to share a collection of tracks that represent me, my sets, and my role as Head of A&R at TELETECH.

Running the TELETECH label over the past three years has been an incredible experience. I’ve had the chance to work with a wide range of producers, from established names to rising talent, and help build a platform that pushes all corners of hard techno.

Alongside that, I’ve also been releasing on 44 Label Group, a brand whose sound and identity I really connect with. Artists like Ueberrest, Rikhter, and Kobosil have been major inspirations, shaping the direction my music continues to take.

Over the last couple of years, my sound across both production and DJ sets has evolved. Lately, I’ve been leaning more into the harder, darker edges of bounce and schranz. It’s a combination I never expected to work so well, but there’s something in the underlying sound design that allows me to move fluidly between the two.

If you’ve caught me live in the past 12 months, you’ll probably recognize a few of these tracks. It was a real pleasure putting this together – hope you enjoy it.

Kander – Higher State

I had to start with my latest single. “Higher State” originally came together 3–4 years ago as a breaks track before I reworked it into something that fits today’s dance floor. It’s quite different from what I usually make, but it reflects some of my early influences.

Ueberrest – Whole Club Moving

No secret – Ueberrest is one of my favorite producers. This one is an absolute weapon and has been a staple in my sets recently.

THISO – Elevator

I discovered THISO through 44 Label Group’s SEKTION 5 and was instantly hooked. When I asked him for a Teletech EP, this was the first track he sent. That flute drop is addictive.

RIKSO, Stanepimp – Cut The Bass

These two are on fire right now. This track made me want to sign them – dark, gritty, and perfect for my sets.

Kander – Blood Shed

One of my first bouncier releases. It features my own vocals (heavily processed) and has been a consistent moment in my sets.

Callush – Never Fade

Still one of the most underrated Teletech releases in my opinion. The final drop hits every time.

Kander – Rules Of The Dance

A special one for me – my first single on Teletech and a rework of a Mungo’s Hi Fi classic.

Aiden [DE] – Inevitable

One of my favorites from SEKTION 5. The emotion and rising energy make it perfect for transitioning from bounce into schranz.

Crime – Die On The Cross (NYCO Remix)

A long-time weapon. I save this for when I want to crank the energy up massively – the breakdown is chaos in the best way.

Golpe – Just Do It

Pure system destroyer. Raw, gritty, and everything I love about underground schranz.

Rikhter – Modern

One of my go-to closers this year. The emotion in this track is unreal.

Ueberrest – Like The Rave

My favorite track from my favorite producer. Absolute frenzy every time.

Kander – Don’t Say A Word

A big turning point for me creatively. First time using my signature vocal chain, during a phase where psy-techno heavily influenced my sound.

Blame The Mono – Skip The Line

These two never miss. Unique sound design, tight mixing, and strong UK influence throughout.

Svetec – Dibby Sound

Probably my most played track ever. A signature moment in my sets.

Kander – Never Mind (Feat. CAIVA)

My favorite track I’ve ever made. UK-influenced breaks with a stunning vocal from CAIVA.
