With almost four decades of DJ experience under his belt, John Digweed is undoubtedly one of dance music’s most storied artists. Between his residency at the NYC clubbing institution Twilio during the ’90s, his sonic partnership with fellow Brit Sasha, the arrival of his prestigious Transitions radio show, his global touring, and his numerous critically acclaimed albums, his legacy in the world of dance music is everlasting and continues to amaze so many years later.
Now celebrating its 25th anniversary, John Digweed’s groundbreaking musical vehicle Bedrock Records has brought us countless clubland-defining house and techno gems over the years. To mark this significant milestone, Digweed has recently released the 27-track V/A album Futuro, featuring an impressive list of luminary artists, including David Morales, Rodriguez Jr., Bushwacka!, Marco Bailey, 8Kays, Mat Zo, Raxon, and more.
