Event Ticket Purchase Cancellation Policy:

Tickets are non-refundable [RAIN OR SHINE / INDOOR OR OUTDOOR] Wonder Gate LLC retains the right to change the event's venue/time without prior notice, and such a change does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a cancellation, but if the event is rescheduled to a different date, ticket holders may choose to keep their ticket for the new date or receive a complete refund. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for tickets that remain valid but are unused due to unforeseen circumstances preventing attendance.
