The Bronx-born selectors’ latest one-off lands via EMPIRE, sourcing its hooky half-sung, half-spoken topline from SASH and sleek co-production from Apex Martin and Mike Dean. “TAKE YOU HOME” propositions ambiently and induces head bobs almost imperceptibly, sauntering to a loose but propulsive rhythm inflected with Afro-Latin influence.
