RÜFÜS DU SOL continue to breathe new life into Inhale / Exhale with their second volume of remixes for their fifth studio album.
After assembling a cross-genre set of spins from acts like Adriatique and Francis Mercier on Inhale / Exhale Remixed in May, the electronic trio now welcomes 22 new contributions from a capable cast of collaborators, including Vintage Culture, LP Giobbi, Jimi Jules, and Adam Ten and Mita Gami, among others. Listen below.
The sprawling second volume of Inhale / Exhale remixes deepens the pool of sounds heard on the first installment, adding texture, dimension, and melodic house and techno flourishes fit for dance floors and late-night drives. There’s even a new submission from the album-makers themselves, who re-envision the LP’s blissed-out lead single, “Music is Better,” in a more club-forward format, marking a simmering departure from the song’s dance-pop foundation.
Inhale / Exhale Remixed Vol. 2 lands on Rose Avenue/Reprise Music as RÜFÜS DU SOL prepare to move their Inhale / Exhale World Tour forward across sold-out shows in Barcelona, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, London, and Rome.
