Calussa Kick Off New Label NUSONIDO with 'White Tiger' EP

Fresh off of their fantastic performance at EDC Las Vegas 2025, Calussa are starting a brand new sonic chapter. The brotherly Miami-based duo just announced the launch of NUSONIDO, their new label focused on house, tech house, and Latin-inspired grooves. First up is the White Tiger EP, a two-tracker made alongside rising Aussie talent Ben Miller. It’s a fresh start and a fresh sound, born out of the duo’s desire to break out of the Afro house mold and dive into something more expansive.

White Tiger taps into that slick, rhythmic Calussa energy with a polished twist: “The Power” brings the heat with steamy tribal vibes, while the title-track “White Tiger” bounces with funky, feel-good flair. “This is the perfect time to start something new,” Gino says. “We’re playing a different kind of music in our sets, and we’re inspired by a fresh sound that didn’t quite fit with the identity of our old label. NUSONIDO gives us a clean slate.”

NUSONIDO (which translates to "new sound") isn’t just a rebrand — it’s a whole new playground. With plans to drop music weekly after summer, the label will spotlight Calussa’s evolving sound and bring in a new wave of artists pushing colorful, percussive, genre-blending house.
