From humble beginnings in Southern Spain to commanding the biggest stages in the world, B Jones has become a powerhouse in the global electronic music scene. As the first Spanish artist to perform on the Tomorrowland Mainstage in 2022, she’s continued to break barriers - most recently lighting up Tomorrowland Winter and preparing for further mainstage appearances in 2025.

Launched in 2023, her imprint, ARRYBA MUSIC, is more than a label; it’s a movement empowering Spanish-speaking artists worldwide. With releases on major labels like Armada, Spinnin’, and Tomorrowland Music - and fresh collabs with icons like Steve Aoki and most recently NERVO for the track "Whenever You Go" - B Jones' momentum is unstoppable. We caught up with the hotly-tipped DJ/producer and label head to talk inspiration, growing up in Ibiza, evolution, and the dreams still unfolding.

Hey B Jones, thanks for joining us! How has 2025 been treating you so far?

2025 has started with amazing energy! I've already traveled to several countries and received great news about upcoming shows and releases, and I'm feeling super inspired. I'm entering this year full of motivation, excitement, and gratitude. Let's go!

Growing up in Southern Spain before eventually moving to Ibiza at 15, what are some of your earliest musical memories, and when did your taste start to veer towards the electronic music spectrum?

One of my earliest and most powerful musical memories was seeing Carl Cox perform in Ibiza. I wasn't even old enough to be there, but I managed to get into the party - not Space, but smaller bars or beach gatherings where I could sneak in. That experience truly opened my eyes to electronic music. The energy, the people, the vibe - I was instantly hooked.

When getting your start, what came more naturally to you, production or DJing? What were some of the biggest challenges you had to overcome in the early days of your career?

DJing came naturally for me - being on stage, connecting with people, and feeling the energy of a crowd, which has always been my passion. Production took more time. In the beginning, it was a challenge to learn everything, but now I love being in the studio. Creating music has become such a special, personal space for me. I just wish I had more time to do it.

How did you get linked up with NERVO for your latest collaborative track, “Whenever You Go?”

The first time I shared a stage with NERVO was 12 years ago. They were idols to me! Over the years, we’ve run into each other in different clubs and festivals around the world, and they’re also close friends of my partner Kryder. I reached out to them with the vocal idea, and they loved it. It was a dream come true to create a track with artists who have always been role models in my genre.

In 2023, you launched your ARRYBA MUSIC imprint — what are your plans and hopes for your imprint moving forward?

Yes! I launched ARRYBA MUSIC in 2023 as an international label, but what makes it unique is that we also communicate in Spanish. It can be hard for artists who don't speak English fluently to sign contracts or release their music. So ARRYBA became a platform to release not only my music but also help emerging talent from all over the world. Now, it's a beautiful community of artists sharing music, dreams, and support - and we're releasing new tracks every month.

You famously were the first Spanish DJ to perform on the mainstage at Tomorrowland, and you just recently got back from performing Tomorrowland Winter. Tell us about that experience and what you love most about the Tomorrowland crowds and atmosphere.

Tomorrowland changed my life. Playing on the mainstage in Belgium, in Brazil, and just recently at Tomorrowland Winter - it's been an incredible ride. It's more than a festival. It's where I've grown, gained confidence as an artist, and connected with DJs from all over the world. At Tomorrowland, everyone is equal - big or small artists, we all come together to celebrate the music. And the crowd? Magical. Pure love and energy.

What else can we expect to hear and see from you this year? Anything in particular you are excited about or would like to tell us about?

I'm truly excited about all the new music coming this year. In the past, I focused more on vocal tracks and streaming platforms, but now I'm diving into a new sound - a more powerful, festival-driven vibe. I'm working on a special compilation with artists whose music I've played and admired over the years. It's a fusion of trance, which is my true love, with modern energy. After 12 years in the industry, I feel like I've finally found my sound.
