Skrillex Drops New Album Entitled 'F*CK U SKRILLEX YOU THINK UR ANDY WARHOL BUT UR NOT!! <3'

Following a day of teasers, Skrillex has released a new album: F*CK U SKRILLEX YOU THINK UR ANDY WARHOL BUT UR NOT!! <3
Earlier today, the trend-setting electronic artist, real name Sonny Moore, shared the audio as a continuous mix with his email subscribers under the title FUS - FULL ALBUM.
This isn't the first time a mix has been a precursor to a Skrillex album. Moore’s 2023 album, Quest For Fire, was similarly teased during a DJ set he streamed from his basement. It came out a few days later.
Moore hinted at the album on Instagram yesterday and sent several other snippets to the email list over the last few weeks. The most recent snippet was called “FUS” and it included different bits of audio heard throughout the new album.
The LP includes a collection of Moore’s hallmark erratic stylings, shifting from dubstep ("VOLTAGE") to trap ("DRUIDS") to drum & bass ("DNB TING") and more, all within the sonic aesthetic that's so individual anyone listening would know it was a Skrillex production. There are also several sections where Moore provides his own vocals, throwing it back to his days as the lead singer of the emo band From First To Last.
"He left as the world fell into chaos and walked into the light. This is Skrillex,” says an ominous announcement to begin the album.
Moore has been hinting at new material since last year, aiming towards going independent after his final release through Atlantic. F*CK U SKRILLEX YOU THINK UR ANDY WARHOL BUT UR NOT!! <3 is likely that final release.
