Anyma has announced his new album, The End Of Genesys, is coming May 23. The audiovisual dance music artist, real name Matteo Milleri, displayed the title and date on screen after his final show of his Sphere residency in Las Vegas.
This new long player will be the third, and presumptive final, entry to his trilogy of albums. The first, Genesys, came out in 2023, followed by Genesys II in 2024. These two both came out in collaboration with Interscope and Afterlife Records, the label helmed by Milleri via his previous project, Tale of Us.
However, Milleri’s recent releases including “Hypnotized” with Ellie Goulding, “Voices In My Head” with Argy and Son of Son, and "Angel In The Dark" with Nathan Nicholson and Massano, have all come out on the new label, The End Of Genesys. This suggests the new album will come out here as well.
Milleri’s show at Sphere on Sunday, March 2 was the final of the historic 12-date residency. It was also the final of the second leg that took place February 27-March 2.
On this more recent run Milleri debuted new visuals and new music including an upcoming collaboration with Rezz. He was the first electronic artist to perform at Sphere and the first to hold a residency in Las Vegas outside a club.
