Get Physical Music proudly presents Cantina EP, the latest release from Tel Aviv-based artist Mishell. Out now, the four-track EP blends playful, psychedelic-infused house and indie dance with percussive energy and global influences, creating an irresistible dancefloor experience.
Kicking off the EP is Tokato, a fiery collaboration with Brazilian funk legend Deize Tigrona, layering baile funk-inspired rhythms with her bold vocals for an electrifying groove. Only You follows with a stripped-back, melodic vibe, merging classic piano elements with a modern indie dance touch.
On El Gato, Mishell adds a post-punk edge with edgy female vocals and funky guitar chords, perfect for late-night sets. Closing the EP is Riot, a collaboration with fellow Tel Aviv artist Oi, featuring a rolling bassline, hypnotic Portuguese vocal refrains, and Afro-Brazilian percussion, capturing the raw energy of Brazil’s favela culture.
