Well....that was written in 1966 but if it were ever re-imagined in the dance world... It would go something like this.... Is it indie dance, is it deep house, is it party tech....no... It's MAORI.....
MAORI's double a side straddles all of these sounds tighter than the Olympic Decathlon gold medallist switches from pole vault to the 400m sprint to discus throw.
Now we love all of these genres and when someone can make them all work together.....well.....we love it like we love ice cream with chocolate topping. And that's a lot.
We've been massive fans of MAORI since his 2023 collab with ADAM TEN and since then, we've watched the young Israeli go from strength to strength with standout releases on labels such as Maccabi House, Higher Ground, Dirtybird, Realm and well... he's just getting started.
