Anyma Shares John Summit Remix of “Hypnotized” Featuring Ellie Goulding
Summit adds an extra dose of groove to his rework of the epic melodic techno track.

John Summit has shared his remix of Anyma’s collaboration with Ellie Goulding, “Hypnotized,” out now on The End Of Genesys via Interscope.
The original version of the track emphasizes Anyma’s hallmark style of gargantuan melodic techno. Enormous synths, rumbling kicks, and growling electronic fills. Goulding has proven she can match this main stage quality with her long history of top-lining massive tracks. Her voice has been an EDM mainstay going all the way back to 2012 with her unmistakable hook on “I Need Your Love” by Calvin Harris.
Summit takes this grand quality, directs it away from an arena show and towards a raucous dance party. Goulding's voice is still powerful and Summit honors Anyma’s core synth line, but he adds a bit more groove on the low end to fit his funky sound.
This new rendition comes a few days before Summit serves as direct support for Anyma’s final date of his residency at Sphere in Las Vegas. The residency, which shares a name with Anyma’s recently launched label, The End Of Genesys, lasted 12 dates in total, running from December 27, 2024 until March 2, 2025.
Anyma made history twice as the first electronic artist to perform at Sphere and hold a residency in Vegas outside a club. Long known for his epic visual installations, videos of his Sphere shows exploded throughout social media, and several artists including Rezz, Subtronics, and Steve Aoki have remarked that the events have permanently shifted the course of electronic music.
