Boys Noize has launched his new label, ONES and ZEROS, with a 22-track compilation: Boys Noize presents ONES and ZEROS. The boss himself contributed two tracks to the release with the rest coming from exciting producers such as ÆRO NOVA, Locked Club, Me Jesmay, DJ G2G, and jahanam.

ONES and ZEROS is “an expansive concept label reflecting new modes of creative and subcultural circulation.” This innovative approach can be heard in the wide-ranging genre influences across the comp. Everything from the mechanical dance pop of “*ussy,” to the ravaging hard techno track, “Let It Go,” to the scattered, sample-driven beats of “Beat Maquinario.”

The label initially manifested on Instagram with a series of anonymous, intriguing messages commenting on a dystopian dance music future. Some examples read: “Brazilian sound systems are being used as sonic weapons to crash drones,” “Police dogs are being trained to smell Splice loops,” and “Beatport scam site selling stolen credit cards disguised as mp3s.”

These ideas exist within the context of the following querey:

“Q: If techno is music for the future. But the future has caught up to the present. What is techno’s future?

A: ONES and ZEROS”

This is the third label under Boys Noize’s purview, adding to Boysnoize Records and its imprint, BNR TRAX.
