Jessica Audiffred Releases New Bass Hybrid Track, “Birthday”
This latest offering is the fifth single from her upcoming debut album.

Jessica Audiffred continues her heavy yet diverse reputation with her new single, “Birthday.” In under three-and-a-half minutes, the Mexican-born producer, DJ, and labelhead combines three distinct genres.
The track opens with a slicing UK garage beat beneath the searing, floaty vocals from Lexy Panterra that build into a computerized dubstep drop. Then just when it seems like the track is on the downturn, it shifts into a high-energy bassline flip before returning to the dub.
Speaking on the unconventional nature of the song, Audiffred wrote on X, “I truly appreciate being a bass music producer and turning my dubstep songs into relatable experiences for girls, this is not your average harsh festival dubstep song, this is my experience, a girl to girl conversation that you can rave to, and I’m so grateful that 'birthday' is resonating with a lot of u.”
“Birthday” is the fifth single from Audiffred’s upcoming debut album, due out this year in collaboration with Create Music Group and her own A Records. She started her label in 2017 with the intention of championing artists from Mexico and Latin America. Today, the catalog includes original works from Yakz, Gawm, and many more.
