Above & Beyond Rebrand Their Ambient Label: Anjunachill

Formerly known as Reflections, this third arm of the Anjuna label family will continue to focus on more relaxed music such as chillout and downtempo.

Above Beyond Anjunachill

Above & Beyond have officially rebranded their third primary record label, Anjunachill.

After three years under the name “Reflections,” the legendary trance trio has decided to bring their home for ambient, chillout, and downtempo releases into the Anjuna family by name. With this shift, it officially joins Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep in the 25th year of the Anjuna name.

The trio is also christening the new name with their fittingly titled single, “Shall We Begin.” This is the label’s debut release and their first release of 2025. The fully drumless composition grows from silence, building layer by layer into a warm, expansive wash of sound. A sonic depiction of a new chapter beginning.

“We’ve always believed that the best music is timeless. It has a unique power that can resonate across generations. Ambient music has been a part of Anjuna and Above & Beyond since the beginning, starting with our first album Tri-State. Including ambient tracks on our albums has always felt right to us. Music can be comforting and healing, especially living in this hectic world. It’s music that grounds us and helps us find peace. Looking back over 25 years, it’s incredible to see how many timeless pieces have emerged from our labels and how they still have that same feeling,” Above & Beyond wrote in a press release.

Prior to the rebranding, Reflections shared 250 tracks from over 70 artists including Nox Vahn, Dusky, Nils Hoffmann, and Jody Wisternoff. The name sprouted from Above & Beyond’s track “Reflections” on their 2019 album, Flow State. Then the name went to an Anjunadeep EP series, Reflections 01. Now as Anjunachill, the label plans to release music from Luttrell, Steven Weston, BAILE, and many more.
