Reblok Launches His First Release On Verknipt Records
Kicking off the new year with a two-tracker from Reblok

Kicking off the new year with a two-tracker from Reblok on Verknipt Records! Where "Bae" delivers a catchy and contagious beat, "Bounce It" brings the wild and edgy vibes for a perfect sweaty evening.
What is your name + background information + fun fact about you and your act?
My name is Goran Paradjina, and I was born in Split, Croatia. Although I spent much of my life in Novi Sad, Serbia, my career has taken me on an international journey. With over 15 years of experience as a DJ and music producer, I have evolved through several genre transitions, continuously refining my sound. Currently, I specialize in Hard Dance and Hard Techno subgenres.
Before embarking on my musical career, I had a background in fashion, where I worked as a model and participated in catwalks during my teenage years. However, when I turned 21, I made a pivotal decision to pursue music full-time. This shift was marked by my first tour in Latin America, which solidified my commitment to dedicating my life to the art of sound.
Why did you decide to release this two-track EP on Verknipt Records?
After a decade of exploring various musical styles, I made a bold decision to transition to a new genre, a move that carried significant risk. Many artists prefer to adopt a new alias when changing genres, rather than continuing under the same name. However, I chose to embrace this challenge and push forward with my current identity.
As I shifted toward harder and faster sounds, I became increasingly drawn to Verknipt, an imprint that resonated with me due to its diverse selection of tracks. This move felt like a full-circle moment, as I originally began my career in techno and psytrance before venturing into this new territory. I’ve always appreciated the variety of music on Verknipt, and I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to release on the label.
What was the most fun part of working on this project?
When creating these tunes, I wasn’t focused on any particular label, which allowed me to work without constraints. It was a moment of complete artistic freedom, and that’s often when the magic happens. The true enjoyment lies in the details, as they are what make each track feel polished and complete. The vocal in "Bounce It" before the drop—"Come rave with me, come dance with me"—adds a whole new dimension to the track. While the drop works well on its own, the inclusion of the vocal elevates it to another level entirely.
What does this year look like in terms of events and new Reblok releases?
I’m excited to share that I’ll be performing two sets at Verknipt Croatia this summer, which is definitely a highlight for me at the moment. Given that it’s been less than a year since I transitioned to a new genre, I understand it will take time for people to fully recognize the shift in my sound. I’m aware this process will also influence how quickly new opportunities come my way. That said, there are a few exciting developments in the works that I can’t reveal just yet—I’d like to keep those under wraps for now.
