This title captures the essence of summer, evoking memories of sun-soaked festivals and unforgettable moments with friends. "I envisioned this track as something that would drag people to the dancefloor," Canobie says. "It’s meant to be an emotional journey, full of happiness and love."

Inspired by artists like Mees Salomé, Ben Böhmer, and Nils Hoffmann, Canobie sought to create a melodic track that radiates positivity. "After seeing Mees Salomé play in Amsterdam, I felt compelled to make a track that explodes with euphoria," he shares. One of the key moments in the production was the creation of the lead melodic synth, which brought the track’s central melody to life. "Sometimes everything just clicks, and when the sound design matches the note selection perfectly, it’s a beautiful thing."

Despite challenges in balancing the track's layers, Canobie is proud of the final result. "I wanted it to be busy, but finding the right balance was crucial," he explains. The standout feature of I Won’t Leave You is its lush, emotional chords, which Canobie feels perfectly convey the track's intended atmosphere.

Through this release, Canobie hopes to offer fans a sense of escape: "If this track helps someone have a better day, then I’ve done my job."
