Beatsource and DJcity are inviting DJs worldwide to bring their creativity to the turntables with the Christmas Mashup Challenge. This competition offers the chance to win a $2,500 prize while showcasing your mashup skills in a festive and innovative way.
How to Enter
1. Select Your Tracks: Choose one song from the curated Christmas Mashup Playlist and blend it with one other track of your choice from outside the playlist. The second track doesn’t have to be holiday-themed, but entries must feature only two songs total to qualify.
2. Record Your Mashup: Perform your mashup live and record it on video. Share your video as an Instagram Reel or TikTok using the hashtag #ChristmasMashupChallenge. For a professional touch, capture high-quality audio directly from your mixer or controller and sync it to your video.
3. Keep It Concise: Videos should be no longer than 90 seconds.
4. Tag the Hosts: Tag @beatsourceofficial and @DJcity in your post to ensure your entry is seen.
5. Submit Your Entry: Use the official submission link (below) to enter the competition.
Key Dates
The deadline for submissions is Friday, December 20. Afterward, a panel of expert DJs will evaluate the entries and select the top four, which will be featured on Beatsource and DJcity’s Instagram accounts. On December 23, fans will vote via a public poll to determine the winner of the $2,500 prize.
