Complimentary Cola: 'Be Sweet Its Free, Be Free It’s Sweet'
Complimentary Cola is a new label with a simple premise, good fun bangers without ego. Brand new for 2024, the label aims to take its roots from Preston origins to raving in Edinburgh and London to break new artists and give established producers a place to make music for every type of dance.
The team behind Complimentary Cola have previously worked promotion projects for the likes of Skepta, Sigma, ESSEL, Lost Frequencies, High Contrast, Kungs, Jonasu, Stella Bossi, Kim Petras and Loud Luxury. In addition, the team have created & licensed music to hundreds of major film trailers, ad campaigns & TV networks globally then steering major acquisitions of their companies & catalogues by Sony Music & BMG.
With previous release on Toolroom (Per also provides mixes for Toolroom radio), Strictly Rhythm, Noir Music, Glasgow Underground, Simma Black, Big Love, Midnight Riot, Phoenix Music, Space Disco and Southern Fried Records to name just a few, Per is well known to many in scene already. He has recently collaborated with James Hurr and Elias Bravo for ‘Get Up’ on Toolroom and legendary vocalist Jocelyn Brown for track ‘It Aint Over’ with recent radio support from The Blessed Madonna, David Guetta and Mark Knight (Per QX was recently in for a guest mix on his Kiss FM show).
While a newer name than Per QX, Stephen has already had releases on Mark Knight’s Toolroom, Wh0's Wh0 Plays label, Doorly's Reptile Dysfunction, Wax Worx’s Shanghaied, Simma Red and Netherlands-based label, ARTWRK. His growing presence within the dance music community has seen the support of his music from StoneBridge, Roger Sanchez, Shiba San, ClaudeVonStroke, Claptone, Joris Voorn, and many more.
