RÜFÜS DU SOL Share Eclectic New Album, ‘Inhale/Exhale’
The GRAMMY-winning trio returns with their fifth full-length record that emphasizes their expertise in the live/electronic realm.

Breath in. Breath out. Everyone can relax because RÜFÜS DU SOL’s new album, Inhale/Exhale is finally here. Released today, October 11, the powerhouse live electronic trio put together a massive 15 songs for a journey that runs just under an hour.
Within that time frame, members Tyrone Lindqvist, Jon George, and James Hunt demonstrate their talent for synthesizing ravey sounds alongside concise pop songwriting. “Lately,” the second single release, harnesses sweeping melodic swells to create the kind of ebb and flow that leads to dance floor euphoria. Meanwhile, on “Edge of the Earth,” Lindqvist moves through his full vocal range as George and Hunt focus on a subtle backdrop with tactile drumming and a tied-in bassline—true rhythm section chemistry.
"This record is very special to us. We're incredibly proud of it and of what it represents for us as a group. We wrote a lot of music together for this project and decided early on that we were trying to create something more expansive than we had previously shared. It's crazy to think we've been collaborating on this project together for almost fifteen years, to know that we're five albums deep now and we're as excited about making music together now as when we started. Shout out to all the fans who support us, this collaboration wouldn't be possible without you,” RÜFÜS DU SOL said in a press release for the album.
Inhale/Exhale is out now on RÜFÜS DU SOL’s own Rose Avenue Records. Stream the album in full below and buy it on Beatport.
