Building upon the success of his latest EP, ‘Convergence,’ which featured smash hits like “One More Day” with Blanke and Chandler Leighton and “Wild Ones” with Nevve, he defies genre standards by fusing hardstyle, trance, rocktronic, and melodic dubstep. This 5-track project marks a period of personal and artistic evolution for Ross, showcasing his embrace of new influences without straying from his authentic sound. ‘Divergence’ opens with “Space Between,” where Olivver the Kid’s soulful vocals are paired with glistening synths met with lyrics reminiscent of a past relationship. Building on the success of earlier releases like “Wake Up” with Fairlane and “No Tomorrow” with Brandyn Burnette, the package transitions into its title track “Divergence.” This cathartic record captivates with its melodic basslines and uplifting tempos, showcasing the eclectic soundscapes that Ross is renowned to offer.
