Founded and established in 2021 by James Williams, the label is becoming well-known for its diverse and eclectic catalogue, with chat-topping tunes working their way up the ladder in Beatport's Drum & Bass Top 100. At its core, Yamatai Records is an incubator for some of the genre's most up-and-coming names, such as Kalane, Pine, R3IDY, XAETIS, Melysma, and more.
