See the Top 50 Tracks Played During Beatport’s Livestreams

As the world descended into lockdown last year, Beatport launched its ReConnect stream, bringing the world’s best DJs directly to the homes of dance music fans around the world.

But Beatport did more than just showcase artists. By teaming up with seeqnc — the world’s first real-time music recognition and content delivery platform — we were able to deliver live track IDs directly to fans during our Twitch livestreams.

Since then, Beatport has continued delivering livestreams with an incredibly diverse array of artists, featuring over 1,500 hours of music and performances from the likes of Carl Cox, Nicole Moudaber, Bonobo, Charlotte De Witte, Purple Disco Machine, Deborah De Luca, Mor Elian, Roza Terenzi, Kerri Chandler, Sama Abdulhadi’, queer label and collective HE.SHE.THEY. and many more.

“Because of the pandemic crisis, livestreams have become a new integral part of the music scene,” says seeqnc’s Head of Creative Services, Albert Gruber.

Created to ensure that “artists and labels are receiving their fair share of royalties whenever and wherever their music is being played worldwide,” the seeqnc app provides “deeper and better insights” into what’s being streamed by DJs worldwide.
