Underground champion Maya Jane Coles brings us a fresh single on her I/AM/ME label, “Freefall” — a stripped-back and intimate club-roller featuring the talented NYC-based R&B vocalist Moxie Knox.

The tune follows up her supercharged Voicebox EP, which dropped back in April this year, and a flurry of noteworthy remixes for Bloodmoon, Joe Joyce, and Plannigtorock.

With “Freefall,” MJC hits us with her unmistakably deep sonic signature, bringing evocative synth work that swims through clouds of growling bass and crisp claps that send shockwaves through the system. In addition, the tune comes packaged with two rowdy UK Garage renditions of “Freefall” from Zero FG, who also flips the script with a second remix under his alias Ruff Style. Listen below.
