Bonobo Returns Suddenly with a Brand New Anthem 'Defender'

Bonobo continues to be one of the busiest artists in electronic music. This week he announced the sudden release of a brand new song called “Defender,” which carries all his traditional melodic trademarks.

The song is six minutes of joyful electronica underpinned by the synths and piano flourishes we have come to expect from Si Bonobo. It’s the second track to drop since his Ninja Tune album Fragments, and it follows the release of the animated single “ATK,” which also comes paired on the two-track Defender EP. Listen below!
