Nikki Nair Launches n goes to infinity Label with "step 2"
Out now, the debut label single marks the start of a new chapter of endless musical exploration for Nikki Nair.
Beatport Next artist Nikki Nair has officially launched his new n goes to infinity imprint with the high-octane and utterly unpredictable track “step 2.”
The Atlanta-based DJ/producer has been on a tear as of late with genre-warping releases on labels like Barely Legal’s Pretty Weird, Sorry Records, Lobster Theremin, Claude VonStroke’s Dirtybird, and more. He has also been tapped to head up Breaks ‘N’ Pieces Vol. 18, set to drop in early March.
With the inception of n goes to infinity (n→∞), Nikki Nair has loads of cutting-edge music ready that will set the tone of his freshly minted imprint and is hoping to drop at least one new release a month for the remainder of the year. Check out his label’s debut single below.
“I had thought about starting a label for a long time, but I didn’t really know what it would look like,” said Nikki Nair to Beatport during a recent meet-up in Los Angeles. “My favorite tracks that I produce would often get rejected from labels because they are a little too over the top. But they are my favorite tracks, and in my head, they all have a uniting factor. So starting the label to mirror that seems like the perfect reason!
Nikki Nair’s new single “step 2” is out now via n goes to infinity. Check it out on Beatport.
