Listen to Bou's Remix of High Contrast's Classic, "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang"
The Manchester-based production dynamo puts a new spin on High Contrast’s 2007 drum & bass classic.
Drum & bass all-star Amine Bouguenna, aka Bou, has served up a brand new remix of High Contrast‘s track “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang” — out now via Highly Contrasting.
The single is a follow-up to the pair’s epic collaboration on “Don’t Need You,” which reached number one in Beatport’s Top 100 D&B chart. But Bou is no stranger to the top of the Beatport charts. Last year he landed multiple number one hits with “Talk To Me,” his collaborative track “Cous Cous” with Inja, and the year before, he reached Beatport’s overall top spot across all genres with his slamming “Veteran VIP.”
High Contrast’s original “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang” — which samples Julie London’s “Cry Me A River” — came out via his album Tough Guys Don’t Dance in 2007. Breathing new life into the drum & bass classic with his expert sound, Bou has revamped the tune with delicately crafted production power. Check it out below
