Beatport & Lady Of The House Team Up for Chicago's ARC Music Festival
Four of Chicago’s most celebrated female selectors join Beatport and Lady Of The House to initiate the dance floor revelry at ARC Music Festival 2023.
Beatport is making its way to Chicago for the 2023 edition of Chicago’s standout house and techno event of the summer, ARC Music Festival — taking place between September 1 – 3.
To help kick off the dance floor festivities, Beatport has teamed up with their gender parity partners, Lady Of The House — a label and community that educates, empowers, and diversifies the music industry through their multifunctional platform — to host the first of many ARC After Dark afterparties that will take place over the Labour Day weekend.
This official pre-party on Thursday, August 31st, at Smoke & Mirrors will be an empowering showcase headed up by four of Chicago’s most iconic and trailblazing female selectors, all of whom are cherished ambassadors of their home city’s house & techno tradition — DJ Heather, DJ Lady D, Biobooster (aka Hiroko Yamamura), and Dani Deahl.
In addition to Beatport x Lady Of The House’s pre-event showcase, this year’s ARC After Dark programming will take over all the best rooms in Chicago to keep the party grooving well into the early morning after the festival grounds close down for the night. With over 70 artists, 25 shows, and more than ten venues, there are plenty of afterparty events to choose from, including Eric Prydz and Adam Beyer at Radius, Anfisa Letyago at Spybar, Hot Since 82 and Derrick Carter at Concord Hall, VTSS b2b Boys Noize at Smart Bar/Metro, Black Coffee and THEMBA at PRYSM, and so much more. All ARC After Dark shows go on sale to ARC 3-Day and Single Day pass holders Thursday, July 27th at 12pm CT.
If you do not have your ARC pass, you have until Wednesday, July 26th at 11:59 PM to secure it and gain access to ARC After Dark.
On the morning of Thursday, July 27th you will receive a unique code that will give you access to every ARC After Dark event.
