Nastia’s NECHTO Records Returns with a Joint EP from Ukrainian Artists Louwave & Splinter (UA)

After a year-long hiatus, Nastia’s NECHTO Records imprint has returned with a new look and a revitalized community-focused perspective to present a collaborative, rousing, and analog-driven record from fellow Ukrainian artists Louwave and Splinter (UA).

The NECH022 EP is comprised of five separate 145 BPM heaters, all of which were performed live and recorded in one take. Louwave and Splinter (UA) — both of whom boast over 15 years of experience in Ukraine’s electronic music scene — skillfully merge classic techno elements with high-octane grooves and catching leads to create an unrelenting, dance-focused package of tracks that are reminiscent of the immersive live performances they are known for throughout their country and beyond. I think Louwave and Splinter (UA) are two of the best artists in Ukraine at the moment,” says Nastia. “It’s important for us to support Ukrainian artists who are living in Ukraine and encourage them to keep on going during this era of destruction. I’m very proud of them for making such positive and funky techno music in such an environment.”
