Hamdi Lands on DEEP MEDi with 'Simplicity' EP

Dubstep and bass music mastermind Hamdi continues to astound, and following a surreal Weekend One performance at Coachella, the hotly-tipped UK artist brings us his first new tunes of 2024 with Simplicity EP — out now via Mala's iconic DEEP MEDi label.

The EP's lead track "Killa" is a dizzying and intensely sought-after low-end weapon from Mala's recent sets, and is followed by the bellowing "Second Mouse," and is closed off with the title-track which, true to its name, kicks out spartan frequencies and energy that are perfectly in line with DEEP MEDi's iconic and raw dubstep heritage. "It's an absolute honour to be releasing on DEEP MEDi," Hamdi tells Beatport. "They're a label I've looked up to and wanted to release on for a number of years so I'm really gassed to be putting out this EP with them. It was a lot of fun to get to explore the deeper side of my production and I can't wait for everyone to hear it!"
