ANOTR Delights Us with Highly Anticipated Single "How You Feel"

After rinsing the song for a good six months at numerous sold-out shows and repeatedly receiving a deluge of track ID requests, Jesse van der Heijden and Oguzhan Guney of Amsterdam's brilliant house music duo ANOTR have dropped their long-awaited collaborative single with Erik Bandt and Leven Kali, titled "How You Feel."

The track is the pair's first piece of original music since the arrival of their widely adored debut album, The Reset. The No Art bosses have intuitively unleashed the track ahead of their Weekend Two performance at the 2024 edition of Coachella, where this sweltering and smiling tune will surely pop off in proper fashion.

With a luminous and active bassline serving as the backbone of the tune, pearly guitar licks and rich atmospherics swim around the arrangement with ease, while Los Angeles-based vocalist Leven Kali glues it all together with his groovy lyrical incantations. Listen below.

"We make most of our music at retreats by disconnecting for a few weeks and going fully into the music," explains ANOTR about the making of the track. "We knew the instrumental was special and played it out, but we felt a vocal would take it to the next level. In September, we went to LA for a show and rented a villa to make music and work with singers/songwriters. This is where we met Leven Kali & Raven Ziegler. We had a session that went really well, but we decided that one wasn't enough. So we planned another session on the last day and played the instrumental. They were instantly vibing, and the track just happened from there. We've been playing it out ever since and happy to finally share it with the world."
