SCRIPT Links With Franksy for New Single 'Inside the Brain' on tszr
The Los Angeles artist joins forces with the Audio Bullys vocalist as both continue their momentum into 2026.
SCRIPT continues his 2026 run with 'Inside the Brain', a new collaboration with UK vocalist Franksy that brings together two artists whose paths through electronic music span different generations, scenes and influences.
For SCRIPT, the release arrives during a major year of growth. Originally from Los Angeles, the producer and DJ has been developing a sound that draws from indie-punk attitude, emotional songwriting and the energy of the dance floor, while increasingly taking that vision onto the global stage.
'Inside the Brain' follows SCRIPT's 'WTF' on TSZR and carries particular significance thanks to the involvement of Franksy. Long before launching his current solo project, Franksy made his name as one half of Audio Bullys, a project SCRIPT cites as an important influence on his own approach to music.
'So stoked to finally share this release with the world,' says SCRIPT. 'Inside The Brain is the follow up record to WTF and to have the legend, Franksy, a part of it, feels absolutely surreal. His project, Audio Bullys, has been a big inspiration for a long time and it has pushed me to expand the boundaries of my sound as an artist, so it’s really cool to finally get this one out there. I can’t wait to get this one out there and get it on as many dance floors as possible!'
That connection gives the collaboration a natural sense of history. As part of Audio Bullys, Franksy helped create records including 'We Don’t Care', 'Face in a Cloud' and the UK Top 3 hit 'Shot You Down'. More recently, he has returned to the forefront of dance music through collaborations with artists including Michael Bibi, Marlon Hoffstadt, Archie Hamilton, Lee Foss, TCTS and Us Two.
Franksy the vocalist and DJ has quickly established momentum of his own. His recent output has earned support from the likes of ANOTR, SG Lewis, Sosa and Marco Carola, alongside radio backing from BBC Radio 1 names including Pete Tong, Jaguar, Arielle Free and Danny Howard. His 2026 run has included releases with Lee Foss and TCTS as well as a Diynamic collaboration with GENESI & ESSENTIA.
SCRIPT, meanwhile, heads into 'Inside the Brain' following a run that has seen his music supported by Anyma, Kevin De Vries, Solomun, Cassian, Alok and Vintage Culture. After a recent appearance at Green Valley in Brazil, his schedule continues through San Diego, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Mexico City, New York and Tampa.
SCRIPT has already appeared at the Sphere in Las Vegas, UNVRS in Ibiza and editions of EDC in Las Vegas and Orlando, with 2026 also bringing performances at Brooklyn Storehouse, SILO Dallas, The Concourse Project in Austin and Empire Music Festival.
At the centre of the project is an ambition to push beyond a conventional DJ-set format. SCRIPT's current direction brings together music, custom visuals and narrative pacing in full-scale shows intended to sit somewhere between the worlds of club, concert and immersive production.
With 'Inside the Brain', that next chapter also connects back to one of the artists who helped inspire it. Bringing Franksy's unmistakable lineage into SCRIPT's evolving project, the collaboration turns a longstanding influence into a new record built for the dance floor.
