Nora En Pure Unites with Orem for 'Burning Up'

Following her previous original release, ‘Don’t Wake Up’ with Richard Walters, as well as her official remix of HAYLA and Nelly Furtado’s ‘Faded’, ‘Burning Up’ marks another compelling chapter in Nora En Pure’s bountiful catalogue.

A delicate meeting point between classical influence and melodic house, ‘Burning Up’ unfolds around Orem’s touching vocal performance, delicate instrumentation and an effortlessly rolling groove. Atmospheric and rich with emotion, the track highlights Nora’s ability to balance musicality and dancefloor energy while retaining the organic warmth that has become synonymous with her productions.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the release, Orem says:

‘Burning Up’ is an ode to devotion - the sheer force of unconditional love, how formidable it can feel, how searing and all consuming. As someone who tends to write from a place of melancholy and ambiguity, it feels very different and I’m so happy to have it out in the world with the wonderful Nora En Pure.

Surpassing half a million monthly Spotify listeners, Orem's majestic vocals have been featured on an impressive list of collaborations with ATB, R3HAB, Nu Aspect, IMANU, Le Youth, Lane 8, ZHU, Boris Brejcha and Dimension. Her catalogue has accumulated more than 300 million streams since her debut solo release in 2023, and she continues to work with dance music’s most revered artists and producers.

‘Burning Up’ arrives following another extremely busy period on the road for Nora En Pure, with recent performances taking her across the US, New Zealand and Australia. Tried and tested around the planet, ‘Burning Up’ has left a lasting impression on audiences with its captivating presence.

Keeping the momentum high, she will continue her global run of shows, closing out September into October with shows in Europe, Canada and the US. For a full list of shows, head to her website or BandsInTown.
