Yeadon Curates 20 Tracks That Have Be Working In His Progressive House Sets
The Manchester producer marks latest release with 20 selections taken from the records appearing in his recent sets.

A release announcement can tell you who made a track and when it is out, but a DJ chart gives you what I usually want first: what the artist has been playing alongside it. Yeadon has done exactly that for “Don’t Forget,” his release on Magnetic Magazine Recordings, building a 20-track selection from the records appearing in his sets.
The Manchester producer has built a catalog across Stress Records, Global Underground, UV, and his own 10 Steps North imprint, while multiple Beatport Top 10 singles and over one million Spotify streams for “Face The Sun” have introduced his work to a wider progressive-house audience. His productions reference the late-1990s and early-2000s trance records he grew up with, while his current material places those influences within progressive and melodic house.
That connection becomes a bit more obvious in the chart once you start digging in a bit.
“Don’t Forget” opens the selection, and Yeadon follows it with DAVI’s “Chord Syndrome,” Andrew Long’s “Perpetual” on 10 Steps North, Durante’s remix of “Black Mirage,” Maze 28’s “Iguana,” and his own remix of Atlantis’ “Fiji” for Anjunabeats. The list prioritizes progressive house, though Yeadon also includes organic house and electronica, placing his own releases alongside the records currently earning space in his DJ sets.
As Yeadon explains, “‘Don’t Forget’ on Magnetic Magazine Recordings. It features 20 tracks I’m loving that have featured in my recent sets, and also includes recent tunes from myself and my label 10 Steps North - enjoy’”
For anyone first discovering Yeadon via Magnetic Magazine Recordings, this chart gives a concise and direct account of the artists and labels connected to “Don’t Forget.” Start with the single on September 11, then spend time with the full chart, because these selections explain where Yeadon is heading next while giving listeners plenty of new music to take into the weekend.
