RSVP Now: Elderbrook x Eli & Fur | Beatport Live LA

Beatport Live is back at our Los Angeles HQ on Thursday, October 1. This time, Elderbrook and Eli & Fur are taking over.

A lot has shifted for Elderbrook lately. The British singer, producer and multi-instrumentalist recently moved to Los Angeles and signed to Ninja Tune’s Counter Records. His newest single, “Never Get Enough,” is about wanting to get back to a memory that made everything feel electric. It follows his first two tracks for the label, “Is It Over Now?” and “Staring at the Sun” featuring Rules. Nearly a decade after “Cola” broke worldwide, Elderbrook has racked up billions of streams and played everywhere from Coachella and EDC to Red Rocks and the Greek Theatre. Now, he joins us at the Beatport office for an intimate performance that is bound to be instantly memorable.

Eli & Fur will pull the room into more shadowy, ethereal territory. Eliza Noble and Jennifer Skillman have spent more than a decade mixing their own vocals and songwriting with rolling basslines, moody synths and a proper late-night pulse. Their latest track, “Ceremony,” featuring Tailor, starts low and melancholy before its breathy vocals and shadowy groove take hold. At Beatport Live, expect a set that moves patiently between touching vocal moments and the deeper, driving club records that have shaped their sound.

Opening the night is alice.km, a vocalist, DJ, producer and songwriter who got her start behind the decks in Brooklyn before building a base between Los Angeles and Phoenix. With releases on Circus Recordings, Lady of the House, YUKU, and Graydient Collective, expect an ethereal, instinct-led opening set that steadily pulls the room into motion.
