Ammo Avenue lands on TSZR with terrace-ready roller ‘Loco Stop’

The Peruvian rising star makes his label debut with a bass-heavy house cut built around a relentless groove and infectious vocal.

Ammo

Peruvian producer Ammo Avenue continues his rise through house music’s underground with ‘Loco Stop’, his debut release on TSZR. Driven by a rolling bassline, punchy drums and an infectious vocal hook, the track captures the energetic, groove-led sound that has made Ammo an increasingly familiar name on dancefloors around the world.

‘Loco Stop’ arrives amid a strong run for the Lima-based artist, following releases with Cloonee’s Hellbent, Franky Rizardo’s LTF, elrow, Defected, Hot Creations and Black Book, alongside previous appearances on labels including Revival, Kaluki, Edible, Poker Flat and Circus. His productions have earned regular support from some of house and tech house’s biggest selectors, including Jamie Jones, The Martinez Brothers, Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati, Michael Bibi and FISHER.

That momentum has translated beyond the studio, with Ammo performing across Europe and the Americas at venues and festivals including The Warehouse Project, Pacha Barcelona, Ultra Brasil, Ultra Peru, BPM Costa Rica, Lost Beach and Resistance, sharing lineups with artists such as Loco Dice, Hot Since 82, Joris Voorn, Dubfire and ANOTR.

Built around a stripped-back groove, weighty low end and instantly recognisable vocal, ‘Loco Stop’ adds another standout club cut to Ammo Avenue’s growing catalogue and marks his first release with TSZR.
