Club Bad welcomes back Bontan as he delivers a sublime edit of RRETT's "Joga"

Driven by a groove-led organ bassline, crisp percussion, and a chunky foundation, "Joga (Bontan Edit)" carries the producer's signature sound, locking listeners into its playful rhythm from the outset. The original vocal remains a natural focal point within the arrangement, while moody textures add movement and personality throughout. Balancing Afro-inspired influences with an underground club feel, the remix delivers an infectious energy built for both sun-soaked sessions and late-night dancefloors.

Liverpool-born DJ and producer Bontan has established himself as one of Beatport's best-selling artists, earning recognition as a BBC Radio 1 Future Star, a DJ Awards Best Newcomer, multiple Beatport #1s, and two Radio 1 Essential Mixes. Recent years have seen him tour North America with sold-out shows, perform at Coachella, and release on labels including No Art, Good Company Records, Insomniac, and Higher Ground, alongside remixes for Major Lazer and Green Velvet. In 2025, he launched his own imprint, North Drum, creating a platform for both his own productions and emerging talent while further cementing his position within the global house music scene.

With this fresh edit of "Joga," Bontan delivers a deeper and more groove-led take on RRETT's original, combining driving rhythms, low-end weight, and club-ready energy into a standout addition to the Club Bad catalogue.
