A New Perspective on a Classic: DENY, Goldcher & Max Arthur’s ‘AYE’ is Coming!
A 1975 Dance Classic Gets A Fresh Perspective Through Hypnotic Grooves, Organic Percussion And Melodic Warmth.

On August 21st, Deep Root Records unveils ‘AYE,’ a new creation by DENY, Goldcher and Max Arthur that breathes new life into Black Blood’s 1975 classic ‘A.I.E.’
The goal was never to replace the original, but to offer a fresh perspective. DENY, Goldcher and Max Arthur approach the track with exactly that mindset, preserving its unmistakable vocal and spirit while reshaping it through rolling Afro House grooves, hypnotic percussion and warm melodic textures. Rather than chasing bigger moments, the trio allows the song to breathe, keeping its emotion at the forefront.
The result is a tasteful reinterpretation that feels both familiar and refreshingly current. Respectful of the original’s legacy without being bound by it, ‘AYE’ slips naturally into contemporary Afro House sets while retaining the timeless character that made ‘A.I.E.’ such an enduring dance music classic.
