LUSU Returns to HILOMATIK with Freaky Cinematic Techno
Dutch producers bring characteristic sound back to HI-LO’s imprint.
Combine ‘cinematic’ with ‘techno’ and the outcome is LUSU. The Dutch duo is back on HILOMATIK with ‘Freaks’, a new track that seamlessly blends these two concepts with a fierce, industrial touch. After putting out multiple singles on HI-LO’s imprint, including ‘Reckless’ and ‘Drums of the Night’, the time has come to get even freakier.
LUSU: “'Freaks' all started off with the rolling bass line as a concept. We wanted to create something that bangs but is also sonically interesting and unique. Combined with an eerie vocal telling us they mostly come at night, we have a banger called 'Freaks'.”
LUSU, consisting of renowned Dutch producers Wiwek and Mike Cervello, has released 4 tracks on HILOMATIK prior to ‘Freaks’: ‘Reckless’, ‘Imagine’, ‘Rise’, and ‘Drums Of The Night’.
