How to Add Beatport Tickets Events to Your Artist or Label Profile

Beatport Greenroom gives artists and labels a new way to connect their music with the places it comes alive.

Once your artist or label profile has been claimed and approved, you can use the Events tool to feature upcoming Beatport Tickets events directly on your Beatport profile. That means DJs and fans digging through your music can also see where that sound is landing next, from club nights and label showcases to festivals, parties, and release events.

This is where Beatport Tickets starts to make real sense for artists, labels, and promoters. It brings ticketing into the same ecosystem where people already discover tracks, follow artists, browse labels, build playlists, and find the music that ends up on dance floors. Instead of keeping releases, profiles, and events in separate lanes, Beatport Tickets helps connect the dots.

What does the Events tool do?

In Beatport Greenroom, the Events section lets approved profiles view upcoming Beatport Tickets events associated with their artist or label profile. From there, eligible team members can choose which events to feature publicly on Beatport.

Once added, featured events will appear on your Beatport profile, helping connect the music people are discovering with the real-world events built around it.

How to view your events

To find your events:

1. Log in to Beatport Greenroom for Artists & Labels
2. Click Events in the left menu bar

From there, you will see available events connected to your profile.

How to feature an event on your Beatport profile

To add an event:

1. Log in to Beatport Greenroom for Artists & Labels
2. Click Events in the left menu bar
3. Find the event under Available Events
4. Click Add
5. The event will move into Featured Events and appear on your Beatport profile

Only team members with Admin or Manager access can make changes to Featured Events.

How to remove a featured event

To remove an event:

1. Go to Events
2. Find the event under Featured Events
3. Click Remove

The event will be removed from Featured Events, but it will stay under Available Events if you want to feature it again later.

Can’t see your event?

Only published events with a future event date will appear under Available Events. If your event is not showing, create or publish it through Beatport Tickets first.
