Sónar Week has unveiled the full scope of its 2026 edition, transforming Barcelona into the global epicenter of electronic music from June 18th to 21st. This year’s ambitious rollout spans three major events and 12 distinct parties across four days, bringing together more than 150 artists across the city’s most iconic spaces.

The 2026 edition marks a significant structural evolution for the festival brand, bridging the main Sónar festival, Sónar+D, OFFSónar, and a brand-new waterfront expansion called Sónar District.

A New Non-Stop Format for Sónar and Sónar+D

At the core of the announcement is a fundamental shift in how the flagship festival will be experienced. Sónar 2026 is debuting an all-in-one, uninterrupted format at Fira Gran Via in L’Hospitalet. Instead of the traditional split between Day and Night programs, music will run continuously from 17:00 to 03:00 on Thursday, and from 17:00 to 07:00 on Friday and Saturday.

The main festival lineup strikes its signature balance between arena-level headliners, live electronic acts, and cutting-edge underground selectors. Key performances include:

  • Live & Headliners: The Prodigy, Skepta, Kelis, Modeselektor, WhoMadeWho, and a live set from Wata Igarashi.
  • Club Heavyweights: Charlotte de Witte, Amelie Lens, Dom Dolla, Chris Stussy, and Boys Noize.
  • Bass & Eclectic Sounds: Nia Archives, Two Shell, Sammy Virji, and a special history-spanning Goldie b2b Doc Scott set flanked by Medic MC.

Simultaneously, the creative technology conference Sónar+D relocates its core daytime programming on Thursday and Friday to the historic Llotja de Mar in the city center, while maintaining a presence at Fira Gran Via through large-scale immersive installations and digital art experiences.

Sónar District: Expanding to Parc del Fòrum

For the first time in the festival's history, the Sónar umbrella expands to Parc del Fòrum, the massive coastal site synonymous with Barcelona's festival landscape. Operating under the Sónar District banner, the venue will host three major curatorial brands across the weekend:

  • Friday, June 19th: Tech-house heavyweight Solid Grooves takes over the waterfront. The lineup features co-founders Michael Bibi and PAWSA alongside Mau P, Dennis Cruz, DJ Tennis, CARISTA, and PARAMIDA.
  • Saturday, June 20th: The site splits into two artist-led concepts. Joseph Capriati brings his hypnotic techno imprint Metamorfosi (featuring Jamie Jones and Sidney Charles), while Josh Baker pilots the house-leaning You&Me stage with Seth Troxler, Prospa, and Marlie.
  • Sónar Kids will also anchor here, offering family-oriented creative programming.

OFFSónar Welcomes Keinemusik, FUSE, and Lone Romantic

Perched on the mountain of Montjuïc, Poble Espanyol will once again host OFFSónar, running parallel to the main festival with curated label showcases across its open-air courtyards.

  • Thursday, June 18th: The opening day features a highly anticipated showcase from Keinemusik’s Rampa & Adam Port, bringing their globally dominant Afro-house and melodic club sound to the Plaza Mayor. Elsewhere in the complex, Maceo Plex hosts his Lone Romantic party with a characteristically electro- and techno-forward lineup featuring Âme, Anthony Rother, and Radio Slave. Meanwhile, Dutch producer Mau P takes over the Monasterio stage for an all-night, open-to-close set.
  • Friday, June 19th: Adriatique presents X commands Friday’s schedule, bringing a massive audiovisual production to Poble Espanyol. The Swiss duo will be joined by a sprawling roster of melodic and peak-time techno talent, including Mind Against, Colyn, Kevin de Vries, Patrick Mason, and Indira Paganotto.
  • Saturday, June 20th: East London institution FUSE takes over Saturday with a characteristically sharp underground billing. Moving between minimal grooves and UK bass mutations, the lineup features crate-diggers and tastemakers including Ben UFO, Shanti Celeste, Saoirse, Fumiya Tanaka, Dyed Soundorom, and FUSE founder Enzo Siragusa.
  • Sunday, June 21st: The week concludes on Sunday with elrow staging a massive takeover across five stages (Plaza Mayor, Monasterio, Carpa, Upload, and El Rowcio). The closing party leans into immersive theatrical production alongside back-to-back sets from Ilario Alicante b2b Nic Fanciulli, Chelina Manuhutu b2b Bastian Bux, and a five-way techno session featuring Andrés Campo, Flug, future.666, Grace Dahl, and ÜBERKIKZ.

Sónar Week takes place across Barcelona from June 18th to 21st, 2026. For tickets and the full program breakdown, head to sonar.es/sonarweek.
