Hospital mainstays SOLAH and Hoax team up for ‘Wings'
The second single from SOLAH’s forthcoming Forever LP.
An excellent demonstration in tension and release, ‘Wings’ uses suspended chords in the build-up - then resolved by a weighty drop. With extreme contrast between the track’s sections, the juxtaposition plays into the wider themes of light and dark that SOLAH explores on the album (landing 4 June).
Previously collaborating on ‘Wake Up’ with Hugh Hardie last year, SOLAH and Hoax are a match made in heaven - Hoax’s crisp production accompanied by SOLAH’s uplifting vocals are a winning combo every time.
